• Identify the problem the business owner seeks to solve.
• Provide report on findings and recommendations for executing change.
• If desired, assist the client in implementing the solution.
• Time commitment depends on the consulting service needed.
COACHING SERVICES
• Minimum 3-month commitment.
• Entails weekly 1-hour coaching calls for 12 weeks to reaffirm objectives, assess progress, solve challenges and provide direction.
• Execute Now! will also assist clients with strategic planning during these weekly calls to action; moving them forward to the desired goal. We will help clients follow through and be accountable with measurable results related to the issues that matter most to their business.
